Opened in 2022, Myst Club Pattaya is one of the newest major nightclubs on Walking Street and has quickly established itself as one of the area's most popular late-night venues. Branding itself as a "Hip Hop Superclub", Myst was designed to bring a more modern, upscale clubbing experience to Pattaya and has attracted a strong following among both visitors and local nightlife enthusiasts.

The Insomnia Connection
One detail worth knowing before you visit: Myst is just a short walk from Club Insomnia and shares the same ownership. The two clubs complement rather than compete — Insomnia built its reputation on commercial EDM and broad appeal, while Myst was purpose-built around hip-hop and urban music from day one. For the ownership group, it's a neat division of the market. For visitors, it means two of Walking Street's strongest clubs are just a short walk from each other.

Location
Myst is about 40 metres from Walking Street rather than on it directly, which gives it a slightly different feel to the clubs that front the main strip. The entrance is via a small alley, which catches some first-time visitors off guard: worth knowing so you don't walk straight past it. Once inside, the layout opens up considerably.

Production
The venue features booth seating, a balcony, LED screens, lasers, colourful lighting rigs, and a state-of-the-art sound system. The lighting setup in particular draws consistent praise in visitor reviews — several describe it as among the most impressive on Walking Street. The overall production is designed to deliver a sensory experience that sets new benchmarks for quality in Pattaya, and for a venue that opened in 2022, the investment in the physical space is evident.

Music
Hip-hop, trap, and R&B form the core identity, with electronic and dance tracks woven in across the night. Resident DJs handle the majority of programming, with guest international performers featured at special events. The music policy is more consistent and genre-focused than some of the multi-format Walking Street clubs — if you're there specifically for hip-hop, Myst (along with the more well-known 808) is the most committed option on the strip.

The Crowd
The crowd tends to be slightly younger than some of Walking Street's more established venues — this is a club built for and largely found by people who followed hip-hop culture into their nights out rather than defaulting to whatever was already there. The mix is the usual Walking Street combination of tourists, expats, and Thai clubbers, but with a notably high proportion of younger Thai patrons and Bangkok visitors for whom Myst has quickly become a destination in its own right.

Visiting Myst
The club opens at 10:30pm nightly, though like most Walking Street venues the real buzz comes after midnight. The crowd builds strongly after 1am, particularly after the surrounding go-go bars close for the night. In fact, many regular Pattaya nightlife visitors consider Myst one of the later-starting clubs on Walking Street, with crowds frequently building well into the early hours of the morning.

Entry is typically free, and drinks are priced competitively compared with other clubs in the area — something that adds to the venue's appeal for longer nights. A discount card is available for around 100 baht, worth picking up if you're planning to return. VIP booths are available and can be reserved in advance via the club's Facebook page or website.

What makes Myst different is that it represents a newer generation of Pattaya nightlife. Rather than relying on history or nostalgia, the club has built its reputation around contemporary music, high-end production and a contemporary clubbing experience.
