Pattaya’s restaurant and nightlife scene never seems to stand still, and August 2026 has brought another batch of new venues, new concepts and some big-name arrivals.
From a Gordon Ramsay burger joint and a new 90s-themed restaurant in Jomtien to new bars, sports venues and a three-storey entertainment complex on Walking Street, here’s what’s new in and around Pattaya this month.
Gordon Ramsay Street Burger Comes to Pattaya
One of the biggest food openings of the year has arrived in Pattaya, with Gordon Ramsay Street Burger now open at Again Pattaya.
The Pattaya restaurant is the second Street Burger location in Thailand, following the brand’s Bangkok outlet at Siam Paragon. The menu features Gordon Ramsay’s signature burgers, with the Pattaya location also offering an exclusive Soft Shell Crab Burger.
Located at Again Pattaya, the restaurant is open seven days a week, with later hours on Fridays and weekends.
See our Gordon Ramsay Street Burger Pattaya venue guide for the location, opening hours, contact details and what to expect.
The Party – Walking Street Soi 15
A new three-storey entertainment complex is preparing to open on Walking Street Soi 15.
The Party describes itself as “Pattaya’s ultimate adult playground”, with three distinct concepts spread across the building: HEAT a-go-go on the first floor, VOICE karaoke on the second and SPLASH rooftop pool on the third.
The venue had been promoting an earlier opening during August, but its latest announcement now gives September 9, 2026 as the opening date.
The Party is the first three-storey venue from its creator, who says he has spent four years in Pattaya developing the concept.
Brooks Brunch & Bar
The Bangkok-based Brooks brunch and bar concept has arrived in Pattaya, opening at Grande Centre Point Voyage Pattaya.
The stylish all-day venue combines brunch, Western and Italian-inspired dishes, drinks and evening entertainment, making it a slightly different proposition from Pattaya’s traditional bar-and-restaurant scene.
With breakfast and brunch during the day and live music in the evening, Brooks is another new option for visitors staying around the Naklua/Wong Amat area.
Two Brothers Chill 90’s – Jomtien
A substantial new restaurant has opened on Jomtien Second Road with a distinctly nostalgic theme.
Two Brothers Chill 90’s officially opened in August, combining Thai and seafood food with live music and an open-air garden setting featuring extensive fairy lighting.
The large venue reportedly represents an investment of more than 30 million baht and is designed around a relaxed 1990s atmosphere.
It’s a particularly interesting new addition to Jomtien’s increasingly varied restaurant and entertainment scene.
Booties Sports Bar – Pratumnak
A new sports bar has opened in Pratumnak, offering a combination of live sports, food and drinks in a more relaxed setting.
Booties Sports Bar opened at the beginning of August and features pool, darts, live sports and an all-day food offering, with opening hours starting in the morning and continuing until late.
For visitors looking for somewhere to watch sport away from the busiest central Pattaya nightlife areas, it’s another new option to know about.
CÔTE MAISON – Steak, Wine & Piano
A new restaurant bringing a more upmarket dining concept to Pattaya held its Grand Opening in August.
CÔTE MAISON describes itself with the simple combination of steak, wine and piano, offering a more sophisticated dining experience than the typical casual restaurant or bar.
The restaurant is open from lunchtime through the evening, making it suitable for both lunch and dinner.
Dream Bar – Soi 7
There’s another new bar taking shape on Soi 7, next door to Mystic Bar.
Dream Bar is being developed by the same team behind Mystic and has been undergoing a substantial fit-out, including new LED lighting and a sound system.
With Mystic Bar having opened earlier this month, Dream Bar is the latest addition to this small stretch of Soi 7 and is expected to open soon.
Slate Bar & Lounge
A new bar bringing a distinctly urban feel to Pattaya has arrived on Thap Phraya Road.
Slate Bar & Lounge held its soft opening on August 27 and uses “New York Flavor” as part of its branding, giving the venue a contemporary urban identity.
Details are still emerging as the venue settles into operation, but it’s another interesting addition to Pattaya’s growing selection of more modern bar concepts.
Danny’s Sports Bar – New Soi Buakhao Location
Danny’s Sports Bar has expanded with a second Pattaya location on Soi Buakhao.
The new Danny’s @ Pattaya is located just down Soi Buakhao towards Tree Town from the existing Danny’s, making it an addition rather than a replacement for the original venue.
The new location recently held its soft opening, with free food offered to customers on the opening night.
Manston’s Market & Cafe
A new food market and café concept has also appeared in Pattaya, offering British and European food and grocery products alongside a café.
Manston’s Market & Cafe is aimed at both private customers and the hospitality trade, making it potentially useful for long-term residents as well as visitors looking for familiar British and European products.
It’s a slightly different type of addition to Pattaya’s food scene, but one that could prove particularly useful to the city’s large expat community.
Lucky 11 Bar – Central Market
A new bar has opened at Central Market on Second Road, adding another pool and sports venue to the area.
Lucky 11 Bar features two pool tables and TVs showing live sports, with a relaxed bar atmosphere and food and drinks available. The venue held its Grand Opening Party in August, marking its official arrival on Pattaya’s increasingly busy Second Road bar scene.
More New Pattaya Venues
August has once again demonstrated how quickly Pattaya’s food, drink and entertainment scene changes.
And several of the venues above are still developing their concepts, with more openings expected as we move into September.
We’ll continue tracking new restaurants, bars, entertainment venues and other developments around Pattaya and adding them to our regular What’s New in Pattaya updates.
