Gordon Ramsay Street Burger Opens in Pattaya

Gordon Ramsay Street Burger has opened in Pattaya, bringing the internationally known chef’s burger concept to the city for its second location in Thailand.

The restaurant opened on July 17, 2026, at again PATTAYA, opposite Terminal 21. Its arrival is notable not simply because another burger restaurant has opened, but because Street Burger’s first Thai location is at Siam Paragon in Bangkok, one of the country’s best-known luxury shopping destinations.

For Pattaya, getting the brand’s second Thai location is an interesting development as the city continues to attract increasingly recognisable international food and hospitality brands.

Gordon Ramsay Street Burger in Pattaya

The Pattaya branch occupies a relatively narrow unit at again PATTAYA, with a small number of seats downstairs alongside the open kitchen and additional seating on the terrace outside. The main dining area is upstairs, where booth seating and a large front window make the space considerably lighter and more spacious.

The interior follows Street Burger’s contemporary style, combining modern finishes with graffiti and pop-art elements.

The food is essentially what you’d expect from an upmarket burger concept: substantial burgers and sides using quality ingredients, with portions that look appropriately generous rather than small.

Street Burger Pattaya Menu and Prices

The Pattaya menu offers a fairly broad selection of burgers, with prices ranging from ฿290 to ฿550.

At the lower end, the O.G.R. and Next Level burgers are both ฿290. The O.G.R. is the more straightforward option, with an Angus beef patty, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, red onion, gherkins and Street relish. The Next Level uses a smashed double beef patty with cheddar, gherkins, onion and Sriracha mayonnaise.

Other options include the Mumbo Chicken at ฿390, the Hell’s Kitchen at ฿420 and the Truffle Burger at ฿450. At ฿550, the Idiot Burger and Chilli Cheese Smash Burger sit at the top of the main burger range.

Sides include fries, onion rings, calamari, mac and cheese and several versions of dirty fries, with prices from ฿70 for Street Slaw to ฿250.

    A Pattaya-only burger

Perhaps the most interesting item on the menu for visitors is the Soft Shell Crab Burger (฿420), part of the restaurant’s Gordon’s Thai Tastes selection.

It combines deep-fried battered crab with roasted capsicum and onion and a sweet chilli curry sauce. The menu specifically describes it as “Here for a short time only”, so anyone particularly interested in trying it may not want to leave it until their next visit.

The drinks menu is broader than you might expect from a burger restaurant, with cocktails, beer, mocktails, coffee, soft drinks and a selection of milkshakes also available.

Where is Gordon Ramsay Street Burger Pattaya?

Gordon Ramsay Street Burger is located at D103, Shop 103, again PATTAYA, 179/99 Moo 5, Bang Lamung District, Chon Buri 20150, directly opposite Terminal 21.

The restaurant is open seven days a week:

    • Monday–Thursday: 11:00–22:30
    • Friday: 11:00–00:00
    • Saturday–Sunday: 08:00–00:00

For the full address, contact details, social media links and other practical information, see our Gordon Ramsay Street Burger Pattaya venue guide.

The arrival of Street Burger adds another internationally recognised name to Pattaya’s increasingly diverse food scene. Whether the brand’s expansion into Pattaya proves to be the beginning of a wider push into the city remains to be seen, but having the second Thai location here – following its high-profile debut at Siam Paragon – is certainly an interesting development.

  • What’s New in Pattaya – August 2026: New Attractions, Bars & Venues

What’s New in Pattaya – August 2026: New Attractions, Bars & Venues

Pattaya’s restaurant and nightlife scene never seems to stand still, and August 2026 has brought another batch of new venues, new concepts and some big-name arrivals.

From a Gordon Ramsay burger joint and a new 90s-themed restaurant in Jomtien to new bars, sports venues and a three-storey entertainment complex on Walking Street, here’s what’s new in and around Pattaya this month.

Gordon Ramsay Street Burger Comes to Pattaya

One of the biggest food openings of the year has arrived in Pattaya, with Gordon Ramsay Street Burger now open at Again Pattaya.

The Pattaya restaurant is the second Street Burger location in Thailand, following the brand’s Bangkok outlet at Siam Paragon. The menu features Gordon Ramsay’s signature burgers, with the Pattaya location also offering an exclusive Soft Shell Crab Burger.

Located at Again Pattaya, the restaurant is open seven days a week, with later hours on Fridays and weekends.

See our Gordon Ramsay Street Burger Pattaya venue guide for the location, opening hours, contact details and what to expect.

The Party – Walking Street Soi 15

A new three-storey entertainment complex is preparing to open on Walking Street Soi 15.

The Party describes itself as “Pattaya’s ultimate adult playground”, with three distinct concepts spread across the building: HEAT a-go-go on the first floor, VOICE karaoke on the second and SPLASH rooftop pool on the third.

The venue had been promoting an earlier opening during August, but its latest announcement now gives September 9, 2026 as the opening date.

The Party is the first three-storey venue from its creator, who says he has spent four years in Pattaya developing the concept.

    Brooks Brunch & Bar

The Bangkok-based Brooks brunch and bar concept has arrived in Pattaya, opening at Grande Centre Point Voyage Pattaya.

The stylish all-day venue combines brunch, Western and Italian-inspired dishes, drinks and evening entertainment, making it a slightly different proposition from Pattaya’s traditional bar-and-restaurant scene.

With breakfast and brunch during the day and live music in the evening, Brooks is another new option for visitors staying around the Naklua/Wong Amat area.

Two Brothers Chill 90’s – Jomtien

A substantial new restaurant has opened on Jomtien Second Road with a distinctly nostalgic theme.

Two Brothers Chill 90’s officially opened in August, combining Thai and seafood food with live music and an open-air garden setting featuring extensive fairy lighting.

The large venue reportedly represents an investment of more than 30 million baht and is designed around a relaxed 1990s atmosphere.

It’s a particularly interesting new addition to Jomtien’s increasingly varied restaurant and entertainment scene.

    Booties Sports Bar – Pratumnak

A new sports bar has opened in Pratumnak, offering a combination of live sports, food and drinks in a more relaxed setting.

Booties Sports Bar opened at the beginning of August and features pool, darts, live sports and an all-day food offering, with opening hours starting in the morning and continuing until late.

For visitors looking for somewhere to watch sport away from the busiest central Pattaya nightlife areas, it’s another new option to know about.

CÔTE MAISON – Steak, Wine & Piano

A new restaurant bringing a more upmarket dining concept to Pattaya held its Grand Opening in August.

CÔTE MAISON describes itself with the simple combination of steak, wine and piano, offering a more sophisticated dining experience than the typical casual restaurant or bar.

The restaurant is open from lunchtime through the evening, making it suitable for both lunch and dinner.

    Dream Bar – Soi 7

There’s another new bar taking shape on Soi 7, next door to Mystic Bar.

Dream Bar is being developed by the same team behind Mystic and has been undergoing a substantial fit-out, including new LED lighting and a sound system.

With Mystic Bar having opened earlier this month, Dream Bar is the latest addition to this small stretch of Soi 7 and is expected to open soon.

    Slate Bar & Lounge

A new bar bringing a distinctly urban feel to Pattaya has arrived on Thap Phraya Road.

Slate Bar & Lounge held its soft opening on August 27 and uses “New York Flavor” as part of its branding, giving the venue a contemporary urban identity.

Details are still emerging as the venue settles into operation, but it’s another interesting addition to Pattaya’s growing selection of more modern bar concepts.

Danny’s Sports Bar – New Soi Buakhao Location

Danny’s Sports Bar has expanded with a second Pattaya location on Soi Buakhao.

The new Danny’s @ Pattaya is located just down Soi Buakhao towards Tree Town from the existing Danny’s, making it an addition rather than a replacement for the original venue.

The new location recently held its soft opening, with free food offered to customers on the opening night.

    Manston’s Market & Cafe

A new food market and café concept has also appeared in Pattaya, offering British and European food and grocery products alongside a café.

Manston’s Market & Cafe is aimed at both private customers and the hospitality trade, making it potentially useful for long-term residents as well as visitors looking for familiar British and European products.

It’s a slightly different type of addition to Pattaya’s food scene, but one that could prove particularly useful to the city’s large expat community.

Lucky 11 Bar – Central Market

A new bar has opened at Central Market on Second Road, adding another pool and sports venue to the area.

Lucky 11 Bar features two pool tables and TVs showing live sports, with a relaxed bar atmosphere and food and drinks available. The venue held its Grand Opening Party in August, marking its official arrival on Pattaya’s increasingly busy Second Road bar scene.

    More New Pattaya Venues

August has once again demonstrated how quickly Pattaya’s food, drink and entertainment scene changes.

And several of the venues above are still developing their concepts, with more openings expected as we move into September.

We’ll continue tracking new restaurants, bars, entertainment venues and other developments around Pattaya and adding them to our regular What’s New in Pattaya updates.

  • Sina Beach Club Pattaya Now Open – A New Floating Beach Club Experience

Sina Beach Club Pattaya Now Open – A New Floating Beach Club Experience

New Sina Floating Beach Club Now Open in Pattaya

A unique new attraction has arrived in Pattaya, with the Sina Beach Club Pattaya now welcoming guests from its offshore location in the Gulf of Thailand.

Unlike traditional beach clubs, Sina is anchored offshore and can only be reached by complimentary shuttle boat departing from Bali Hai Pier. The premium venue combines an infinity pool, daybeds, dining, cocktails, live DJs and panoramic sunset views in a setting unlike anything else currently available in Pattaya.

The beach club is open daily from 2pm until 9:30pm, with bookings available through its official website.

Grand Opening Party on 1 August

Although the venue is already operating, Sina Beach Club has announced its official Grand Opening Party will take place on Saturday, 1 August 2026.

    A Premium Beach Club Experience

Sina Floating Beach Club is aimed at visitors looking for a more exclusive beach club experience.

Guests can choose from general admission or reserve a variety of premium seating options including daybeds, lounges, cabanas and private villas. General admission includes food and beverage credit, while larger groups can reserve premium spaces overlooking the water.

Resident DJs provide the soundtrack throughout the afternoon and into the evening, creating a relaxed beach club atmosphere as the sun sets over Pattaya Bay.

    Departure from Bali Hai Pier

As the venue is located offshore, all guests depart via shuttle boat from Bali Hai Pier.

Visitors are encouraged to book in advance, particularly for weekends and special events such as the Grand Opening Party.

    What it actually is

Sina is a multi-story deck floating structure covering roughly 1,270 square metres, built around an infinity pool variously advertised as 22, 24, or 25 metres long. It stays permanently anchored off Bali Hai Pier: there’s no cruising involved, despite the “boat club” framing in some listings. Guests check in at the pier and take a short shuttle boat out, typically a 10 to 15 minute transfer.

The daily session runs from around 2:00pm to 9:30pm (a handful of resellers list slightly different hours, so it’s worth confirming at time of booking), split into two distinct moods: a relaxed, family-friendly pool afternoon, giving way to a livelier, DJ-led sunset and evening scene. After 6:00pm, entry is restricted to guests 20 and over. Dress code shifts accordingly – swimwear by day, “resort smart” after dark, with no flip-flops permitted on the upper deck in the evening.

The venue is operated by SINA Beach Club Pattaya Co., Ltd., a company registered with Thailand’s Department of Business Development on 10 June 2024 with 5 million baht in registered capital, licensed as a tourist boat and tour operator business. That’s the correct legal category for a floating venue of this kind, and it puts a real timeframe on the project: from company registration to opening day was almost exactly two years.

The venue’s own “about” copy describes it as “envisioned and built by its CEO over six years in Thailand, starting in 2016” — plausible as a personal timeline for the person behind it, but worth reading as founder narrative rather than a claim about the age of the business itself, which is considerably younger. Notably, no individual is named anywhere in the venue’s marketing or public filings we could find — the founder is always “our CEO,” never identified.

    What it costs

This is where Sina separates itself from most of Pattaya’s beachfront scene. Basic entry passes start from around 1,800 baht, and that buys admission plus pool access — not a reserved seat. Tables and cabanas are quoted individually and come bundled with a food and beverage credit rather than a fixed cover charge; one advertised package lists a 24,000 baht table with a matching 24,000 baht F&B credit attached. Full-venue buyouts, for up to 300 guests, are pitched at corporates and private event planners rather than walk-in tourists.

For comparison, a beachfront bar stool or a plastic chair on Jomtien or Pattaya Beach costs next to nothing beyond the price of a drink. Sina’s day-pass floor price alone is what a lot of visitors might otherwise spend on an entire day out, before food, drinks, or a boat transfer are added on top. This isn’t a venue built to compete with the soi bars, it’s aimed squarely at a different visitor: someone who wants a Bali- or Ibiza-style beach club experience and is willing to pay resort prices for it.

A signal, not just a venue

It’s worth being careful about reading too much into a single new opening — Pattaya has seen ambitious venues come and go before, and it’s genuinely too early to know how Sina will perform once the novelty period fades and it has to survive a full monsoon season on the water. But the positioning is hard to ignore.

Sina arrives alongside a broader run of higher-end openings and international-style events targeting Pattaya in the past year or two, and it fits a pattern that’s been building for a while: Pattaya’s operators increasingly courting the same affluent, design-conscious, Instagram-driven crowd that Phuket and Bali beach clubs have built entire economies around, rather than leaning solely on the city’s long-standing reputation as a budget nightlife destination.

Whether that shift sticks – or whether Sina ends up as a striking but short-lived experiment – is genuinely an open question. What’s clear is that someone backing this project believes there’s a market in Pattaya willing to pay Phuket-level prices for a Phuket-style day out, and that’s a bet worth watching regardless of how it plays out.

Good to know before you book

    • Access: Shuttle boat only, departing Bali Hai Pier — no self-arrival, no hotel pickup included as standard.
    • Hours: Roughly 2pm until 9:30pm daily; last shuttle out is typically mid-afternoon, with a final return boat around 9:30pm.
    • Age policy: Under-20s welcome with a parent until 6:00pm; 20+ only after that.
    • Pricing: Day passes from around 1,800 baht (entry and pool access only); tables and cabanas quoted separately with attached F&B credit.
    • Reviews: Still too new for a meaningful independent review base – treat star ratings and testimonials with caution for now.

    Planning a visit?

As Sina Beach Club is located offshore and reached by shuttle boat from Bali Hai Pier, advance bookings are recommended, especially for weekends and special events.

For the latest opening hours, reservations and event information, visit the official Sina Beach Club website.

  • What’s New in Pattaya – July 2026: New Attractions, Bars & Music Venues

What’s New in Pattaya – July 2026: New Attractions, Bars & Music Venues

Pattaya never stands still, and July has been another busy month with new attractions opening, bars changing hands and fresh entertainment venues appearing across the city.

From an indoor snow park to new nightlife spots on Soi 6, Soi Buakhao, LK Metro and Soi 7, here’s a look at what’s new in Pattaya July 2026.

    WinterWonderland brings snow to Pattaya

One of the biggest openings this month isn’t a bar at all.

WinterWonderland Pattaya has officially opened, bringing an indoor snow experience to the city complete with real snow, ice slides and family-friendly attractions.

It’s something completely different for Pattaya and offers visitors a chance to escape the tropical heat for a while. If you’re travelling with children – or simply want to experience something a little unusual – it’s well worth a look.

You can also read our full guide to WinterWonderland Pattaya for ticket prices, opening hours and what to expect.

N4STY Music Lounge opens on Soi Buakhao

One of the most eye-catching nightlife openings this month is N4STY Music Lounge, which has taken over the former Lek’s Classroom Bar on Soi Buakhao.

The venue has undergone a complete transformation, with a striking new frontage and a clear focus on live music.

Early social media posts show live bands performing, and the venue already appears to be attracting attention from Pattaya’s nightlife crowd.

If you remember Lek’s Classroom Bar, you’ll barely recognise the place now.

Mami Bar replaces Mod’s Bar on Soi 6

Soi 6 has also welcomed Mami Bar, which officially celebrated its grand opening on 18 July.

The venue occupies the former Mod’s Bar, which has been completely rebranded with new signage, décor and a fresh identity. Promoting itself with the slogan “New Bar, New Vibes, Same Soi 6 Magic”, it adds another new option to one of Pattaya’s busiest nightlife streets.

As is often the case on Soi 6, familiar venues continue to evolve with new owners, new themes and regular refurbishments.

After Dark brings a fresh look to LK Metro

LK Metro also appears to have gained a promising new venue with the arrival of After Dark.

While official details are still limited, reliable local sources suggest the venue has taken over the former Oasis Cocktail Lounge premises and is expected to operate as a sports bar with a more upmarket feel than many traditional sports bars in the area.

We’ll update this article as more information becomes available, but it’s certainly one to keep an eye on.

Two new bars coming to Soi 7

Well-known Pattaya bar owner and YouTube creator Nick Dean (NDTVI) has opened Mystic Bar on Soi 7, with a second venue, Dream Bar, also on the way.

Mystic Bar occupies the former Rolling Live Bar 4 premises, while Dream Bar is taking shape next door and is expected to open a little later.

Both venues have undergone major renovations, continuing Nick Dean’s investment in Pattaya’s Soi 7 nightlife scene.

A memorable new name for Soi 6

Soi 6 also looks set to gain another new bar in the coming weeks—and it’s already getting people talking thanks to its rather unforgettable name.

Another New Soi 6 bar - what's new in Pattaya July 2026

The venue is currently recruiting staff and installing its branding ahead of opening. Whether the unusual name becomes a talking point or simply blends into Pattaya’s colourful nightlife remains to be seen, but it’s certainly one of the more eye-catching rebrands we’ve seen recently.

    Pattaya keeps evolving

One of the things that makes Pattaya such an interesting destination is how quickly it changes. Every month brings new restaurants, bars, cafés, attractions and entertainment venues, while older businesses continue to reinvent themselves.

We’ll be keeping an eye on what’s opening around the city and will continue publishing regular What’s New in Pattaya round-ups to help visitors and locals stay up to date.
