Mixx has been part of Pattaya's nightlife scene since opening in 2007, making it one of the longest-running clubs on the strip. That kind of longevity means something in a city where venues rebrand, relocate and disappear with regularity — Mixx has survived multiple tourism cycles and outlasted a lot of competition. The venue underwent a significant chapter change in late 2025 with a grand reopening at a new mid-Walking Street location, now situated next to Republic, across from Boss Club in the heart of the action, away from its original home near the Bali Hai Pier end.

The venue is billed as Pattaya's biggest discotheque — a term they've long used and still own — and the scale justifies it. Mixx operates across multiple floors, with separate musical zones each running their own DJ, sound system and dancefloor. The hip-hop and R&B floor trades under The Rouge Club name; elsewhere you'll find commercial EDM, house and dance music. The format means you can move between entirely different sounds without leaving the building, which is a genuine practical advantage and something no other Walking Street club offers in quite the same way.

There are generally no international headline DJs and no pretensions in that direction. The resident lineup handles the programming, and the music across all floors sits firmly in crowd-pleasing commercial territory — current hip-hop and R&B in Rouge, plus mainstream dance and electronic. The crowd is broad and international, the energy is usually high, and the atmosphere on a busy night is classic big-room nightclub.

Free entry every night is a draw, particularly given the venue's scale. Drinks can be on the pricier side relative to the Walking Street average, but a frequent buy-one-get-one happy hour promotion from 10pm provides some offset. VIP tables and bottle service are available for groups wanting that option.
