    The Pattaya International Fireworks Festival is expected to return in 2026, with November 27–28 currently listed as the dates for this year’s event.

    Thailand’s official government website has published information stating that the Pattaya International Fireworks Festival 2026 will happen on November 27–28, 2026, with the main event taking place along Pattaya Beach.

    However, as of September 2026, Pattaya City has not yet published its own detailed announcement or programme for this year’s festival. So while the event and dates now have solid government-level backing, some details remain to be confirmed.

    Here’s what we know so far — and what we don’t.

    When is the Pattaya Fireworks Festival 2026?

    November 27–28, 2026

    The festival is expected to take place over two nights, Friday November 27 and Saturday November 28, along Pattaya Beach.

    The dates are now being widely published, including by Thailand’s national government information portal and a growing number of Pattaya hotels and tourism businesses.

    The Thai government listing is significant because it moves the 2026 dates beyond the level of hotels simply announcing their own fireworks packages. However, we are still waiting for a detailed announcement from Pattaya City itself.

    Is the 2026 festival confirmed?

    This is where a little caution is worthwhile.

    Thailand’s official government website states that the Pattaya International Fireworks Festival will return on November 27–28, 2026. That is considerably stronger evidence than the hotel and travel websites that began publishing the dates earlier this year.

    At the same time, we have not yet found a corresponding 2026 announcement from Pattaya City or PR Pattaya setting out the festival programme.

    That doesn’t mean the event is in doubt. It simply means there is a difference between having the event identified at national government level and having the full event formally announced by the local authority responsible for Pattaya.

    For now, we’d describe the festival as strongly expected to take place on November 27–28, rather than treating every detail as final.

    We’ll update this page when Pattaya City releases its official programme.

    Where will the fireworks be held?

    The main event is expected to be centred on Pattaya Beach, as in previous years.

    Thailand’s 2026 government information identifies Pattaya Beach as the location, while previous editions have used the beachfront as the main viewing area.

    The exact arrangement for 2026 — including the location of firing points, stages, viewing areas and any changes to the event footprint — has not yet been announced.

    What can we expect at the 2026 festival?

    This is where it is important to distinguish what is known about 2026 from what has happened in previous years.

    The Pattaya International Fireworks Festival is normally much more than a few fireworks displays. Previous editions have included international pyrotechnic teams, music and stage performances, food stalls and other entertainment along the beach.

    For example, the 2024 festival was officially listed by the Tourism Authority of Thailand as a two-night event on November 29–30, with fireworks and other entertainment along Pattaya Beach.

    The 2025 festival also followed the established two-night format, although its presentation was substantially influenced by the circumstances at the time, with cultural performances, an orchestra and a specially themed fireworks programme alongside the international displays.

    So it is reasonable to expect some combination of the following in 2026:

    • International fireworks displays
    • Music and stage entertainment
    • Food and drink stalls
    • Large crowds along Pattaya Beach
    • Road and traffic restrictions around the central beachfront
    • Other entertainment or cultural performances

    But none of those should currently be regarded as a confirmed 2026 programme unless Pattaya City announces them.

    How does the Pattaya Fireworks Festival normally work?

    The festival has traditionally been held over two evenings, with different fireworks displays scheduled throughout the night rather than one continuous show.

    The 2025 festival, for example, had several separate fireworks displays on each evening, accompanied by stage performances and other entertainment.

    Previous years have also featured fireworks teams from different countries, with the displays generally choreographed to music.

    That gives visitors a reasonable idea of what the 2026 event may look like, but the participating countries, display times and programme for 2026 have not yet been announced.

    Will Pattaya Beach be crowded?

    Almost certainly.

    The fireworks festival is one of Pattaya’s biggest annual public events, and the central beach becomes extremely busy on both nights.

    If the 2026 event follows the usual format, visitors should expect large crowds around Pattaya Beach and significant traffic disruption in the central Pattaya area.

    Some hotels are already promoting fireworks-viewing packages for November 27–28, which is another indication that businesses are expecting the event to proceed. However, hotel promotions should not be taken as confirmation of the official programme.

    If you’re planning to attend, don’t wait until the last minute to arrange accommodation, particularly if you want to stay close to the beach.

    Will there be road closures?

    Very likely, but the 2026 traffic plan has not yet been announced.

    Pattaya has traditionally introduced road closures and traffic restrictions around the beachfront during the fireworks festival because of the huge number of visitors.

    The exact roads, closure times and parking arrangements can change from year to year, so we would not recommend relying on previous years’ traffic plans when making arrangements for 2026.

    Is the Pattaya Fireworks Festival free?

    The main fireworks displays on Pattaya Beach have traditionally been free public events.

    Visitors do not normally need a ticket to stand on the beach or watch the fireworks from public areas.

    Hotels, restaurants, rooftops and other businesses may offer paid packages or reserved viewing areas, but these are separate from the public festival itself.

    For 2026, the government information currently describes free viewing areas, although details of any VIP or commercial viewing arrangements have yet to be announced.

    Why are we being cautious about the 2026 dates?

    The simple answer is that events in Pattaya can change.

    The November 27–28 dates now have considerably more substance behind them than they did when they first began appearing on hotel websites. The Thai government’s official website has published the dates, and the event is clearly being planned for the 2026 tourism calendar.

    However, we have not yet seen the full announcement from Pattaya City.

    That distinction matters.

    Rather than simply repeating the dates because several hotels are selling fireworks packages, we’re treating November 27–28 as the current planned dates, while waiting for Pattaya City’s detailed confirmation.

    MILLI

    MILLI was the first artist announced for Wonder One Music Festival 2027. The Thai rapper and singer is known for her distinctive hip-hop style and energetic performances.

    NONT TANONT

    NONT TANONT is a Thai singer and actor who first rose to national attention after winning the first season of The Voice Thailand in 2012, before winning the fourth season of The Mask Singer in 2018.

    NONT also performed at the inaugural Wonder One Music Festival in 2026, making his return to One Chichan particularly notable.

    Jeff Satur

    Jeff Satur is a Thai singer, songwriter and actor known for his distinctive pop and R&B style. He has developed a strong following across Thailand and Asia through both his music and acting career.

    He was also part of the inaugural Wonder One lineup in 2026.

    TIMETHAI

    TIMETHAI is a Thai singer and dancer known for his energetic pop and dance-focused performances. He brings a more upbeat, performance-driven element to the 2027 lineup.

    PiXXiE

    PiXXiE is a Thai girl group known for its upbeat pop sound, energetic performances and bright, playful style. Their addition brings a strong T-Pop girl-group presence to the Wonder One 2027 lineup.

    Slot Machine

    Slot Machine is one of Thailand’s best-known rock bands, recognised for their distinctive sound and energetic live performances.

    Their inclusion brings a strong rock element to the 2027 lineup, and they also performed at the inaugural festival in 2026.

    RISA NARISA

    RISA NARISA is a Thai singer known for her clear vocals and gentler pop style, adding a softer element to the Wonder One lineup.

    When do Wonder One 2027 tickets go on sale?

    Early Bird tickets for Wonder One Music Festival 2027 go on sale Tuesday, September 29, 2026 via ALL TICKET.

    The organisers have announced the Early Bird release date, but the ticket price has not yet been revealed.

    The festival is being held as a one-day event in 2027, rather than the two-day format used for the inaugural Wonder One in 2026, so last year’s ticket prices shouldn’t be treated as an indication of the final 2027 price.

    How much were Wonder One Music Festival tickets in 2026?

    2027 ticket prices have not yet been announced.

    However, the inaugural 2026 event provides some useful historical context.

    The 2026 festival was sold through ALL TICKET at 7-Eleven as well as online ticketing channels.

    The advertised prices included:

    • 1-Day Pass: 1,500–1,520 baht
    • 2-Day Pass: 2,500–2,520 baht
    • Early Bird 2-Day Pass: 2,200 baht
    • Group promotions: including four tickets for the price of three
    • Duo promotion: discounted two-ticket packages

    A 20-baht hard-card fee applied to tickets, while children up to 110cm tall were admitted free.

    These prices are included for reference only and should not be assumed to be the 2027 ticket prices.

    Where is Wonder One Music Festival?

    Wonder One takes place at One Chichan (Wan Chichan) at Khao Chi Chan, in the Pattaya area.

    The venue sits beside the famous Khao Chi Chan Buddha Mountain, with a large lake and surrounding hills providing the backdrop.

    One Chichan is considerably more than a temporary festival field. The site was developed as a dedicated outdoor events destination covering more than 160 rai, with a scalable capacity of approximately 2,500 to 30,000 people.

    Infrastructure includes more than 200 toilets, parking for more than 4,000 vehicles and multiple access routes.

    The location is approximately 30 minutes from central Pattaya by road, making it accessible for both local residents and visitors staying in the city.

    What was Wonder One like in 2026?

    The first Wonder One Music Festival was held at One Chichan on February 14–15, 2026, making the 2027 event a return for the festival after its inaugural Valentine’s weekend edition.

    The first festival featured 16 major Thai artists across two days, with a lineup that included Jeff Satur, PALMY, Violette Wautier, ATLAS, PARADOX, URBOYTJ, Toh Saksit, Two Popetorn, B5, NONT TANONT, The TOYS, POTATO, Season Five, Slot Machine, Joey Phuwasit and F.HERO.

    The music was predominantly Thai pop, rock and T-Pop rather than the international electronic-music focus associated with some of Thailand’s larger festivals.

    The 2027 lineup continues that distinctly Thai focus, although the format has changed from two days in 2026 to one day in 2027.

    The One Chichan experience

    One of the most distinctive things about Wonder One is the venue itself.

    The 2026 festival was promoted around the combination of music, nature and lifestyle, with the stage and festival grounds set against the lake and Khao Chi Chan.

    Rather than being a conventional city concert venue, One Chichan has open grass areas, terraces and views across the surrounding landscape. Images and attendee posts from the first Wonder One showed a mixture of concert crowds, couples, groups and families enjoying the site during the daytime before the atmosphere became more like a conventional music festival after dark.

    The venue’s infrastructure was also a major part of the first festival’s appeal. One Chichan was specifically designed to address some of the problems associated with large outdoor events, including traffic management, parking, security and toilet capacity.

    That infrastructure is likely to remain an important part of the Wonder One experience in 2027.

    Is Pattaya becoming a festival destination?

    Wonder One is particularly interesting because it arrives at a time when the wider Pattaya area is attracting an increasingly diverse range of major events.

    Just six weeks before Wonder One 2027, Tomorrowland Thailand will make its full-scale Asian debut at Wisdom Valley in Pattaya from December 11–13, 2026. The festival is bringing the internationally renowned electronic-music brand to Thailand with a huge international lineup and a multi-stage production. The official Tomorrowland website says the event is already sold out.

    The two festivals could hardly be more different.

    Tomorrowland Thailand is an international electronic-music event expected to attract festivalgoers from around the world, while Wonder One focuses on major Thai pop, rock and T-Pop artists in a more relaxed lakeside environment.

    Even the venues illustrate the changing events landscape around Pattaya. Wisdom Valley is a huge festival site, while One Chichan has been deliberately developed as a dedicated festival destination, with capacity ranging from smaller events through to productions for around 30,000 people.

    This suggests that Pattaya and the surrounding Chonburi region could be developing into an increasingly important destination for large-scale music and entertainment events — adding another dimension to the area’s established tourism appeal.

    One Chichan: a festival destination

    The development of One Chichan is arguably as interesting as Wonder One itself.

    The project, associated with Ichitan founder Tan Passakornnatee, covers more than 160 rai and has been positioned as a purpose-built festival and events destination capable of hosting both national and international productions.

    The venue’s design incorporates extensive parking, access infrastructure, security facilities and more than 200 toilets, while its lakeside setting and Khao Chi Chan backdrop give it something that many large urban festival sites cannot offer.

    The longer-term vision goes beyond music festivals, with the wider One Chichan development intended to become a broader leisure and events destination.

    That makes Wonder One worth watching even if you’re not particularly interested in the lineup: the festival is part of the emergence of a new major events venue in the Pattaya area.

    Wonder One 2027: what to watch for

    With the lineup and Early Bird ticket date now confirmed, the main remaining details to watch for are:

    1. Ticket prices – including the Early Bird price and any other ticket categories.
    2. Festival timetable – including the individual artist performance times.
    3. Festival layout and activities at One Chichan.

    Pattaya will become a meeting point for tattoo artists, collectors and enthusiasts from around the world this October, when the Pattaya Tattoo Festival 2026 takes over Royal Garden Plaza for two days.

    Also billed as the International Tattoo Amazing Fest Pattaya 2026, the third edition of the event will take place on Friday, October 2 and Saturday, October 3, 2026.

    The festival combines tattoo competitions and showcases with international artists, judges, exhibitors and entertainment, making it an event for serious tattoo enthusiasts as well as anyone simply interested in tattoo art and culture.

    Pattaya Tattoo Festival 2026: What to expect

    The event is expected to bring together tattoo artists from Thailand and overseas, with artists already announced from countries including China, Japan, Singapore, Vietnam, Russia, the United States, Norway, Moldova, Taiwan, Malaysia and elsewhere.

    For visitors, the festival offers the chance to see tattoo artists working, explore different styles of tattoo art and see competition pieces being judged, alongside the atmosphere of a large international tattoo gathering.

    The organisers are continuing to announce participating artists and other details in the run-up to the event.

    The scale of the previous edition gives some idea of what to expect. The 2025 International Tattoo Amazing Fest at the same venue featured more than 150 booths and artists from more than 27 countries, with 19 tattoo competition categories.

    The 2025 festival also attracted thousands of visitors to Royal Garden Plaza, demonstrating that the event is aimed at a considerably wider audience than tattoo professionals alone.

    Stamenkovic is the official poster designer for this year’s festival and will be attending the event in Pattaya. The organisers describe him as an international tattoo artist who has participated in tattoo conventions and competitions in Europe, Asia and elsewhere.

    Tattoo competitions are at the heart of the festival.

    The organisers have already announced a new category for 2026:

    Best of Skull

    The Best of Skull competition will have its own custom trophies, designed around a distinctive skull-and-ram-horns theme.

    The organisers have described it as a new category for this year’s festival, with the message:

    “The Skull Is Calling.”

    Other competition categories for 2026 are being announced by the organisers. The previous edition featured competitions covering styles and formats including realistic tattoos, Japanese tattooing, old school and new school, lettering, blackwork, small and large tattoos, Best of the Day and Best of Show. The 2025 programme included 19 categories in total.

    The full 2026 competition schedule has not yet been published.

    More than just tattooing

    Although tattoo competitions and artists are the main attraction, the festival is designed as a broader celebration of tattoo culture.

    The 2025 event included artist showcases, live tattooing, technique exchanges, booths and entertainment, alongside the competitions.

    There were also displays involving custom cars and motorcycles, as well as live music and DJs.

    The organisers have also announced sponsors and partners for the 2026 event, including tattoo ink and equipment brands, while motorcycle and custom-culture groups are involved.

    No.

    The organisers have published specific rules for the 2026 Best categories.

    Entries must be original work created by the participating artist. Copying another tattoo artist’s work, artwork, designs or images from the internet is prohibited.
